Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping boxes with all original tags and packaging materials included to ensure the products are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the return label to your package and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in sellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
