While many of our products are designed for indoor decor, we offer a specific collection of UV-resistant outdoor plants treated to withstand sun exposure and prevent fading.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in the photos?
Most of our floor plants come in a standard black non-decorative starter pot. Check the individual product descriptions to see if a decorative planter is included or if it is sold separately.
How do I clean and maintain my silk arrangements?
Maintenance is simple! We recommend lightly dusting your plants once a month with a feather duster or using a can of compressed air. For deeper cleans, a damp cloth can be used on most leaf surfaces.
